Upgraded the billing infrastructure of Hudu by releasing Hudu HQ. This version focused on minor changes that were required to work with the new portal.

Hudu HQ release: We’ve now released our new self-service billing portal, Hudu HQ (available at https://hq.hudu.com) will allow you to view invoices and manage your billing while providing a more stable infrastructure. Existing customers can easily transition to the new billing experience by first creating an account there, and then emailing the Hudu support team to link the account.
Changes made to user count management (now managed through HQ).
Various minor updates to Hudu to ensure proper functionality with HQ.
