Platform Backup

"The 3-2-1 rule" that is what any reputable backup vendor tells you.

We are currently hosted on HuduCloud and have Automatic S3 backups set up, but the what-if questions are still of concern.

The S3 backup presently does not include photos or attachments, what about our asset layouts, lists or process layouts. What about the audit logs. What alerting is setup to notify us if this does not backup!

I have seen a couple of feature requests for either a built-in backup/full export utility or the expansion of what data is sent to S3.

I also can't find any public record of what backups (if any) that HuduCloud keep.

I would also like to be able to export to S3 on a more regular basis.

This isn't a post to scaremonger but I wouldn't want to be in the situation that something happened to all cloud instances on a Friday support is overwhelmed and come Monday I would have a week old backup to try to go off. (While I am not saying support is slow, but to deal with a large scale incident would take a while).

I'm hoping this may re highlight this issue so it can be placed on the roadmap, while as a techie I love new shiny features, ones like these add a lot of trust.
