I’m Michael, joining you from the charming chaos of the UK. I work at Inventas, a managed services provider where every day brings a new adventure in tech, documentation, and occasionally deciphering what someone meant by “it just stopped working.”
We’ve recently adopted Hudu across our internal workflows, and I’m here to connect, swap stories, and secretly judge everyone’s KB formatting choices 😄
