I’m Jacob, the CEO and Co-Founder of Hudu. I recently moved from Colorado to St. Petersburg, Florida, USA.
I started Hudu 6 years ago because I wanted to create a different kind of MSP vendor - one that cared about the customers we were serving. Documentation, while critical to growth, is one of the toughest challenges teams face, and I wanted to tackle that head-on.
We've made a lot of headway into our mission of removing the chaos from IT - but it's not done. Not even close. We have a work ahead of us. A lot of releases, features, and customer conversations. But it's fun, rewarding - and I love the customers I get to talk to everyday.
I'm super excited for the community to get started here. We are always looking for ways of bringing the IT space together.
